📅 Duration of Stay
You are free to choose the length of your stay, depending on availability. Long-term rentals are available at special rates – feel free to contact us via the contact form, email, or telephone for a non-binding quote.
🧹 Final Cleaning
The apartment will be professionally cleaned after your departure. A one-time cleaning fee of €150 applies and is payable at the time of booking.
We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition (no dirty dishes, leftover food in the fridge, full bins, or garbage bags).
💳 Payment Terms
• 50% deposit due within 5 days of booking
• Remaining balance to be paid 1 month before arrival
• Full upfront payment is also possible

• Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in advance
• Subletting is strictly prohibited
Cancellations must be confirmed by telephone or email, including your reservation confirmation. Once received, we will send you a written cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation terms:
Up to 45 days before arrival:
Free cancellation, minus the cost of 1 night as an administrative fee.Up to 30 days before arrival:
You may rebook your stay free of charge to another available period.
(Note: A price adjustment may apply if the new dates fall in a higher season.)Between 30 and 15 days before arrival:
50% of the total rental amount will be charged in case of full cancellation.Within 15 days before arrival:
100% of the total amount is due, and rebooking is no longer possible.
