We stayed at Annie’s place for 6 nights at the start of June. Check in and out processes were seamless, we were able to check in early and check out later which was very appreciated - Annie was very accommodating. The area is lovely and peaceful, some restaurants and shops within walking distance of the villa. Villa itself was exactly what we needed, great pool and outside area that got the sun all day. Roof terrace with the BBQ was a lovely touch and was well used. Thanks again
Really nice apartment in a good location for access to beaches and places to eat without being in an overly tourist area. The apartment is clean and modern, Annie was very helpful with how to get there and showing us around. No negatives at all, a very pleasant stay in a lovely apartment with a friendly and helpful owner.
Annie was a very friendly, helpful and responsive host for anything we needed or questions we had. Her place was very clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The pool and outdoor area made for a very relaxing stay. The area itself is very peaceful There are some great restaurants 5 minutes away with a supermarket 3 minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend Annie's' place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The sea is just a short walk away! From Casa 20 and Casa 74, you can reach the beautiful Cabo Roig beach in just 7 minutes — only 200 meters from your doorstep.
Not at all. While having a car can be convenient for exploring the area, there's plenty to enjoy within walking distance of our apartments. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a few minutes away on foot. Additionally, there are many taxis available locally, offering affordable transportation.
For our Villa Orchidée, however, we do recommend having a car. It’s located about 2 km from the beach, so a car makes it easier to get around. That said, there are still excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Check-in and check-out are handled personally. We agree on an arrival time in advance and meet directly at the apartment or villa for the key handover. Check-out is arranged in the same way. If you need to leave early for the airport, we’ll make a convenient arrangement for returning the keys.
