2. Booking and Reservation
2.1 The Website provides a platform for users (“Guests”) to browse and book vacation rental properties listed by the property owner (“Host”).
2.2 All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by us. We do not guarantee the availability of any vacation rental property listed on the Website.
2.3 By making a booking through the Website, Guests agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions specified by the Host, including but not limited to house rules, check-in/check-out times, and cancellation policies.
2.4 Our online tool always calculates the correct price for the specified season, but the price is always subject to confirmation by the host. After submitting your booking online, you will be sent a rental contract showing the only final price. If you do not agree, you still have the right to cancel the booking.
A booking is binding once the deposit has been paid by You and the price approved by the Host.
2.5 With our special winter rental price (October to March), it is always compulsory to purchase a full month to enjoy the reduced price. If the customer would stay for 1 month and 10 days during the winter period, the 10 days will be charged at the season price. Unless otherwise agreed on the rental contract. Please note that our online tool possibly calculates the wrong price due to technical restrictions, but we will update you once the booking has been sent with the correct price! You can always request the quote by e-mail.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 Guests are responsible for paying all fees associated with their bookings, including but not limited to rental fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and any applicable taxes.
3.2 Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the use of third-party payment processors.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific terms set by each property. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy specified for each property before making a booking.
4.2 In the event of a cancellation, any refunds or credits issued will be subject to the cancellation policy specified by the Host.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay at the vacation rental property.
5.2 Guests are expected to treat the vacation rental property with care and respect, and to abide by any house rules or instructions provided by the Host.
5.3 Guests are liable for any damages caused to the vacation rental property during their stay, and may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
6. Indemnification
6.1 Guests agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to their use of the Website or their stay at a vacation rental property listed on the Website.

7.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
